Responsibility: The Graphic Language Company Limited, Talbot Marketing and their suppliers accept no responsibility for any agreement or understanding, terms or conditions — verbal or otherwise that is not shown in the written quotation.
Early Delivery: The Graphic Language Company Limited, Talbot Marketing and their suppliers reserve the right to deliver goods in advance of the date specified.
Late Delivery: The Graphic Language Company Limited, Talbot Marketing and their suppliers cannot assume responsibility for late delivery resulting from strikes, fire or other causes beyond their control and their liability ceases upon delivering the goods to a carrier.
Correctness: Once accepted, the buyer certifies the correctness of their order (he or she has received a copy) and he or she agrees that all conditions and agreements relating to this order are embodied herein and further fully understands that this order is not subject to cancellation or alteration.
If things go South: In the event of cancellation of a signed, confirmed order, any expenses incurred in partially or wholly completing the order will be charged to the purchaser and this amount will become due and payable immediately.
Quantities: As it is not always possible to manufacture to the exact quantity ordered, it is agreed that a shortage or an excess in count varying not more than 10% of the quantity ordered will be accepted as filling a contract at pro rata price (unless otherwise stated on the contract).
